Several Times Gone Viral Because of His Meteorology Coverage
Atalanta, Georgia-based meteorologist, Cantore first came into attention after his live coverage at the College of Charleston in South Carolina gone viral on 28th January 2014. At that time, a student of the college started charging on him and he noticed the charge and got him down on his knees, but he ran away. The recording of the incident received 2 million views on YouTube.
On Valentine’s Day of 2015, Jim again faced devastating thundersnow, Winter Storm Neptune while covering the incident through the Massachusetts’ South Shore. During the time, he reached over the uttermost-rare experience while recording the phenomenon. Today, his coverage video gained over 5 million views overnight on YouTube.
